​Just like a bowl-full of jelly beans, you might be missing out on some of the best flavours when you pick and choose the emotional experiences you THINK are best for you.  Explore the idea and really feel conceptually what "​there are no bad emotions" means to you.

Good, bad - you might find yourself interested in labeling everything in your life on this spectrum, but you run into genuine difficulties when you define emotions in this way.
